Man United May Already Have Transfer Agreed After Forward Snubbed Chelsea & Tottenham Offers

Barcelona think the superstar has already agreed to terms with either Manchester United or Juventus when his contract at the Nou Camp ends in the summer.

According to Sport, the France international enraged his present club by refusing to go in January, and Barcelona is now certain it’s because he already has a deal with either Manchester United or Juventus.

Barcelona would have preferred to sell Dembele this winter in order to prevent losing him on a free transfer at the conclusion of the season, but Sport claims that the player turned down offers from Chelsea, Tottenham Hotspur, and Paris Saint-Germain.

With Jadon Sancho failing since his transfer from Borussia Dortmund last summer, and Anthony Martial having just gone for a loan move to Sevilla, Dembele may make sense as a priority target for United right now.

Even though Dembele hasn’t been at his best for the majority of his time in La Liga, he definitely still a highly-rated talent if all of the transfer rumours linking him to so many large clubs are true.

Chelsea may have benefited from a signing like Dembele, who previously shone under Thomas Tuchel at Dortmund and appears to be an improvement over disappointing players like Kai Havertz, Timo Werner, and Christian Pulisic.

Ousmane Dembele to Manchester United?

“If Dembele wants to move to United, it could hinge on what happens between now and the end of the season and if Champions League football’s secured, but he’s certainly a hugely talented player.

“I wouldn’t say there’s huge disappointment that we didn’t sign him this January, but he’s a World Cup winner, he’s got huge potential, but he’s coming to the stage of his career where he needs to perform on a consistent basis.”
